Text/Call

Texting is the fastest and best way to reach me. Scheduling and collection of information for euthanasia appointments is usually done over text.

If you are unable to text, please leave a voicemail. These messages will usually be returned within 24 hrs. All phone calls automatically go to voicemail because I am usually driving, at an appointment, or with my kids.

Appointment Arrival Windows

All appointments are given a 1-2 hour arrival window. It can be hard to predict exactly how long each appointment and travel time will take. I will text when I’m on my way to your appointment with an exact ETA. I generally plan to be at each appointment for 30-40 mins. If you anticipate needing more time please let me know when scheduling the appointment.

Payments

One payment for both euthanasia and cremation services is collected at the beginning of the appointment. Cash, Check, Venmo, and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted. I can not accept Care Credit.

Regular Appointment Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm

After Hours or Weekends/Holidays are by availability only – My kids are very active in sports which limits my availability outside of regular hours.

Fraser Veterinary Services does not provide emergency services. If you are in need of emergency care, please contact your closest veterinary or emergency hospital immediately.
