After Care Options

After Care is now provided by Rainbow Bridge Pet Aquamation in Worcester.  Aquamation is a more gentle, environmentally friendly alternative to flame cremation.  It uses warm circulating water and an alkaline solution to return your pet to their natural components.  This process returns 10% more of your pets mineral remains (ashes) compared to flame cremation.  All remains and keepsakes can be directly shipped to your family’s home or you can pick up directly from Rainbow Bridge Pet Aquamation in Worcester.

Private Cremation

Ashes are returned in a sustainably made wooden urn.  For each urn produced by the company, a tree is planted.  Made in the USA.

  • 21-75 lbs – $325
  • 75-150 lbs – $375

Prices include transportation and shipping directly back to the family’s home address.

Communal/Group Cremation

No ashes are returned

A NOTE ABOUT BURIAL

Each town has different regulations regarding home burial. I do not look into or have familiarity with these regulations. It is important when choosing burial to make sure the grave is at least 3-4 feet deep and a layer of stones can be put in the grave or on top of the grave. The drugs used during euthanasia can cause secondary poisoning and death to any animal who may get access to the deceased body. We want to be sure to keep your pet safe and all other animals in the area safe.
